BMEA will be held July 11-13 at the Activites and Recreation Center.

Out of town participants are housed, double occupancy, at:
- Hyatt Place on the UC Davis campus
- Single occupancy available at an additional $350 rate.

- Lunch provided Monday - Wednesday
- Dinner provided Tuesday, Wednesday
- Coffee/tea provided daily
