As society, technological evolution, and governments ranging from the Obama administration to key states and foreign countries move rapidly to develop a green economy, Fenwick & West and UC Davis School of Law will host a panel of distinguished experts to discuss developments in the entrepreneurial environment and the expanding role of universities and governments in providing financial, regulatory and technological support for the CleanTech industry.  Symposium topics will focus on new government regulations and financial incentives, technology transfer, and opportunities for entrepreneurs and the private sector.  Professionals, entrepreneurs, executives and students in law, management, engineering, environmental sciences and other related fields are invited to attend this important symposium to garner the knowledge required to skillfully and successfully navigate this evolving landscape.
