Program ManagerDiana Mejia is a Program Manager in the Technology Transfer group at Pacific Gas & Electric. She graduated in 2008 with a Master of Science in Biological Systems Engineering. Diana participated both as a Business Development Fellow 2007/08 and Emerging Venture Analyst at the Energy Efficiency Center--two programs which helped launch her into her new career at PG&E, in the Emerging Ventures department, focusing on Energy Efficiency.
Prior to joining the C4E and EEC, Diana received her BS in Industrial Engineering from CSU East Bay in 2005, and worked as an intern at New United Motor Manufacturing, Inc. After graduating, she worked at Anheuser-Busch as a group manager in operations,and as a
process engineer at Barry Callebaut. Her experience in the food industry motivated her to expand her knowledge in the biological sciences at UC Davis. During her masters program, she focused on a research project to analyze energy efficiency in California's cooling facilities for fruits and vegetables. She wants to keep working on new projects that help companies implement new technologies and make better use of their resources.
